Suggest a feature

  1. In the sidebar, select Feedback (or go to app.m365assessments.com/feedback).

  2. Select Suggest a feature.

  3. Enter a Title. While you type, Similar requests — vote for one instead? lists existing ideas; voting for one keeps the board tidy.

  4. Choose a Category (Assessment areas, Reports, Portal, Integrations, Billing or Other) and optionally add Details.

  5. Select Submit suggestion. You automatically vote for and follow your own request.

Vote, comment and follow

  • Use the tabs to browse: All, Planned, In progress, Shipped, My requests and Following. Sort by Most votes, Newest or Recently updated.
  • Select the vote button on a request to add or remove your vote. Voting closes when a request ships or is declined.
  • Open a request to Add a comment (Post comment) or select Follow to keep track of it.
  • Statuses: Under review, Planned, In progress, Shipped, Declined and Duplicate (merged into another request).

Who sees what

  • Other customers never see your name or company. Your requests and comments show as “An MSP partner” or “An IT team”; your own team sees “You” or “Your team”.
  • New suggestions are visible to your team right away and appear for everyone after a quick review by our team.
  • Planned, in-progress and recently shipped items are also on the public roadmap.

Good to know

To keep the board useful there are fair-use limits: up to 5 new suggestions and 30 comments per person per day. Suspended organizations can read the board but not post.
