Pricing questions
What counts as one assessment?
One assessment is one run against one tenant. Assessing all 50 customers on an MSP 50 plan once uses 50 of your 100 monthly assessments. Re-running a tenant after remediation counts as another assessment.
What happens if I use up my monthly assessments?
Additional assessments are available. Contact us and we'll add a block to your plan, or move you to a larger plan if you consistently need more. We'll never cut off access to reports you've already run.
Do unused assessments roll over?
Your allowance resets each billing month, and unused assessments don't carry over. Plans include twice as many assessments as tenants, which covers a baseline and a re-check for every tenant, every month.
What's a "tenant" for pricing purposes?
A Microsoft 365 tenant (one Microsoft Entra ID directory) connected to your workspace. The number of users inside the tenant doesn't affect the price.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for a year up front and get two months free: you pay for 10 months instead of 12. The monthly figure shown with the Annual toggle is that yearly price divided by 12.
What does "early-access pricing" mean?
M365Assessments is in early access, and these are our launch prices. They may change for new customers as we add assessment areas. If prices change, we'll give existing customers advance notice.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Owners and admins can upgrade, downgrade, switch between monthly and annual billing, or cancel at any time in the portal under Settings › Billing & plan. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and the difference is prorated. If you move to a plan with fewer tenants than you have connected, your existing tenants keep working; you just can't add new ones until you're under the limit. Do scheduled assessments count toward my allowance?
Yes. Every plan can schedule each tenant weekly, monthly or quarterly, and each scheduled run counts as one assessment. If your allowance for the month is used up, that scheduled run is skipped and shown in the portal, and the schedule carries on at its next date.
