What each plan includes
| Plan | Customers (tenants) | Assessments per month |
|---|---|---|
| IT Admin | 1 | 2 |
| MSP 10 | 10 | 20 |
| MSP 50 | 50 | 100 |
| MSP 100 | 100 | 200 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom |
Every plan includes every assessment area, run history, team roles, Word and PowerPoint deliverables and scheduled assessments. White-label reports are included in MSP 50, MSP 100 and Enterprise. Current prices are on the pricing page.
The limits shown in your portal are the ones that apply to you: our team can adjust them for your organization (for example a trial allowance or extra runs).
Where to see your usage
- Settings › Plan & usage: plan, Customer limit, Assessment runs, Current period, and the Runs used this period and Active customers meters.
- The Dashboard plan card and the Customers page header (“X of Y customer slots used on your plan”).
How assessments are counted
- One assessment = one run against one tenant, whether you start it or a schedule does.
- The run is counted when it is requested. Re-running a tenant after remediation counts again.
- Your allowance resets at the start of each calendar month (UTC). Unused assessments don’t roll over.
- Customers count toward the customer limit from the moment you add them (also while consent is pending) until you offboard them.
Tip
Need more this month? Additional assessments are available. Contact us and we can add runs to the current period; they show up in your limit right away.
When a run is refunded
If a run fails because of a problem on our side, it is refunded automatically and doesn't count toward your quota:
- The assessment engine could not be started.
- The run never reported a result: queued for more than 30 minutes, or still running roughly 2 hours 15 minutes after it started. The error then ends with “Quota refunded.”
Runs that complete, and runs that fail because of the tenant (for example consent was revoked, or a Conditional Access policy blocks our app), still count. Deleting an assessment or offboarding a customer doesn't return runs to your quota.
What happens at a limit
- Customer limit: Add customer shows “Customer limit reached”. Offboard a customer you no longer manage, or move to a larger plan.
- Assessment limit: starting a run shows “Assessment limit reached”, and scheduled runs are skipped with “Skipped — run quota used”. Reports you already have stay available.
- Downgrades never remove customers. If you have more customers than the new plan allows, existing ones keep working but you can't add new ones until you're under the limit.
