Set up a schedule

  1. Open the customer. On the Schedule card, select Set up schedule (or Edit if one exists).

  2. Choose a Frequency: Weekly, Monthly or Quarterly. Quarterly runs in January, April, July and October.

  3. Pick the Day (weekly) or Day of month (1st–28th, so every month has the day), and the Time.

  4. Choose the Time zone. It defaults to your browser's time zone.

  5. Leave Enabled on, check the preview (“Next run: … (your time)”) and select Save schedule.

How schedules behave

  • One schedule per customer. The next run is shown on the Schedule card, on the Dashboard under Upcoming scheduled assessments and in the Customers list.
  • Daylight saving time is handled for you: the run keeps the same local time. If the hour doesn’t exist on a spring-forward day, it runs an hour later; on a fall-back day it runs once.
  • Each scheduled run counts as one assessment, exactly like one you start yourself.
  • If a run can’t start, that occurrence is skipped and the schedule continues on its next date. Missed occurrences are not replayed.
  • Turn Enabled off to pause without losing the settings, or select Remove schedule in edit mode.

Tip

Monthly on the 1st is a good default for MSPs: a fresh report is ready for every customer before monthly reviews.
