Downloading the Word and PowerPoint deliverables
Every completed assessment includes an executive summary in Word and an executive briefing in PowerPoint, ready for board packs and quarterly reviews.

Download the files
Open the completed assessment from Assessments.
Under Reports & artifacts, select Download next to Executive summary (Word) or Executive briefing (PowerPoint).
The file is saved with the customer and date in its name, for example
Contoso_Executive_Summary_2026-09-23.docxorContoso_Executive_Briefing_2026-09-23.pptx.
What's inside
- Executive summary (Word, cover plus 3–5 pages): at a glance with Secure Score and top priorities, findings by area, the remediation timeline, area summaries and next steps.
- Executive briefing (PowerPoint, 16:9, 8–12 slides): cover, at a glance, top risks, findings by area, roadmap, up to four area slides, next steps and an appendix table.
- Both use the same findings as the HTML report and are fully editable.
Branding
With white-label (Branding your reports), both files carry your logo, colors, contact details and footer. The branding in effect when the assessment started is used, so rebrand older results by running a new assessment. Word and PowerPoint use PNG or JPEG logos; with a WebP logo they show your company name instead.
Good to know
The files use the Plus Jakarta Sans font when it is installed, and fall back to Segoe UI or Arial otherwise. That fallback is expected and isn’t an error.
Troubleshooting
The Word or PowerPoint file is missing from the list
The deliverables are built at the end of each run on a best-effort basis; if one could not be built, the run and the HTML report are unaffected. Run the assessment again, and contact support if it keeps happening.
