Word or PowerPoint shows a “repair” prompt
If Word or PowerPoint says a downloaded deliverable has a problem, please tell us. Meanwhile, the HTML report and PDF have the same content.

First, rule out the usual suspects
- Protected View (“Enable Editing”) is normal for downloaded files and isn’t an error.
- Make sure the download finished. Download links expire after 10 minutes; download again from the run page.
- Open the file in a current desktop version of Word or PowerPoint rather than a previewer or an older app.
- Different fonts are expected: the files fall back to Segoe UI or Arial when Plus Jakarta Sans isn’t installed.
Report it to us
Don’t send customers a repaired copy; use the HTML report or a PDF for now.
Email hello@m365assessments.com with the run ID, which file (Word or PowerPoint), the app and version, and your operating system.
We fix the generator and you can run the assessment again to get a clean file.
